About
Adjunct Professor Dr Felicity Lamm has been teaching and researching in the fields of occupational health and safety (OHS), risk management and employment relations for over 30 years. She has written extensively on these subjects, including compiling reports for New Zealand and overseas public and private sector organisations covering a range of OHS issues in the agricultural, construction, forestry, mining, fishing and service sectors. She has led numerous collaborative research and consultancy projects and has established support networks for researchers and OHS practitioners and professionals. She was the inaugural Co-Director of the Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Research at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) between 2007 and 2024. In 2018 she was also appointed the Chief Advisor Occupational Health and Safety for the New Zealand Government. In 2025 she was awarded both the AIRAANZ Vic Taylor Lifetime Achievement Award and Safeguard Lifetime Achievement Award.
